News from greg

As some of you know I have become a free agent this summer, with my career that is. I will be getting with my team this summer to decide the next move for me. On July 1st, I should be ready to share what my next move is. The one thing I do know is I am not following Lebron .
I am moving into a new direction away from Real Estate, I will still have my license but I not going to be active with a broker. If you need any real estate advice or need help with you real estate needs let me know, If I cannot help have a group of people that I have worked closely with to refer you to.

Film the next Generation

Finished a quick thank video for Luke's teacher, showed Emma how to make a video also. Emma's video turned out great, i might just have to put her on the crew list for the next film shoot.

When I came out of school it was warm... I rose my hands up and skipped, sort of. Luke just wants to go to the Water park on his B-day in the summer. Holiday Inns. Art Institute. Seems like vacation, no it is not, for mom. I want Summer!

It has been kinda wild week at the Coopers, last week the kids went back to school( Luke keeps an eye on the weather to see when the next snow day will be). This week I am back at school, it should be a fun 11 weeks I am taking a photography, a video, a concept of design class, and finally a general education class ( American history-ish).

In the next few days I will moving into my new office, Dawn keeps asking me when are you going to do something with the stuff on the floor in the garage. I am excited to be with my new Real Estate broker.

It is contest time. With the change of my real estate company I have not given anything away through my open houses or newsletters. The people that gives the right answer will be put into a hat and Emma will draw a winner. SO HERE WE GO.....

What was my major in college the first time I went to college at U of I ?

Its is amazing how sleep can be so addicting, I take a few weeks off school and get past all the holiday things that happen this time of the year..... Sleep ...Oh Ya Sleep. Sleep is my friend. Anyway back to the grind next week , school, work at Kohl's, and throw in a real estate sale or two. For those that have been wondering I have started at Centerstone Reality Group, yes you will be getting all those informational and fun newsletters from the Gregster starting in Feb. If you have not experience the Newsletters from the Gregster just drop a note. The Gregster will be happy to send you one or 23 which ever you like.

just a busy month

This month is busy. We had Christmas (a.k.a Luke got a remote control tarantula, not very cute). I will also go to a party on the 27, babysit Madisyn Rutlyge, (Trish, rembember, don't get scared. It's way too big to look real) on the New year's eve. I get to make a real published book! Yay! Dad got silverware and a football game. He already beated the other team! Mom got a angel. Merry Christmas! Happy new year!
